Our mission at the SUNY Oswego Metro Center is to educate and develop students and professionals at all stages of their careers. The Metro Center is a dynamic hub where scholarship and practice intersect to: provide meaningful educational experiences; address real-world problems; and create a workforce capable of stimulating and managing a vital local economy.
The Metro Center provides another convenient way for Central New Yorkers to experience the educational excellence of SUNY Oswego. Students can complete nationally-recognized graduate programs by enrolling in a combination of courses offered at the Metro Center, on campus and online. In addition, we provide professional development training for working professionals, and our staff works with companies and organizations to develop customized training programs that meet employer- and employee-specific needs.

The Metro Center staff works with business, government and non-profit organizations to develop tailored innovative training programs that can be delivered at your locations or ours.
