Highlights of Emeriti programs and projects include:

Hall of Presidents
The Emeriti Association created a gallery of portraits of the ten presidents and four acting presidents of the college which can be found in the main corridor of Sheldon Hall.

Memorial Book Project
In recognition of professional achievement and years of service to SUNY Oswego, the Emeriti Association purchases memorial books in the names of emeriti librarians and faculty and non-teaching professional who taught in an academic department or the Campus School.  Each book is housed in Penfield Library and carries a bookplate with the name of the deceased member.  Books purchased in the individual's discipline, are selected by Penfield's librarian staff. The list of honored emeriti and the memorial books may be found by clicking on the title above.

Building Plaques

The Emeriti Association is in the midst of a project to place plaques in campus buildings bearing the names of former faculty and others associated with the college.  Each plaque bears a picture of the person and some biographical information.
