Educational Leadership

Our nationally accredited educational leadership program offers authentic learning experiences as you collaboratively lead systems for positive change in schools for today and tomorrow.

Graduates of this program are eligible for both School Building Leader and School District Leader New York State certifications. Candidates work with 20 to 35 practicing education administrators in their local geographic region.

Course Listings

For first-time/new students:

  1. First-time students will need to complete a non-degree application online. For this process, you will need:
    • Official college transcripts
    • Immunization Documentation, including first MMR dose after first birthday and second dose at least one month or greater from first dose. Visit Health Services for more information.
  2. The Graduate Office will process your non-degree application and will send you a letter along with your SUNY Oswego ID number.
  3. Once you have received your ID number, you will be able to register for our first core course through MyOswego.

Students are able to retrieve their own grade information from MyOswego. If you need assistance, please contact the Registrar's Office at 315-312-2180.
