WIRELESS UPGRADE SCHEDULED - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 29TH
The campus will be implementing a new wireless system on Tuesday, December 29 starting at 8am and finishing by 3pm. The entire wireless network will be unavailable while the upgrade takes place.
The new wireless system will replace the VPN client currently required to access the wireless network. The system requires a one-time configuration necessary to set-up your device for secure access. Before connecting to the new system, please review and/or print the instructions for your particular device:

SUNY Oswego has installed many wireless network access points. Various academic and residential spaces have coverage. To find out exactly where wireless networks are enabled around campus, please view our wireless map.
A wireless network connection allows you to connect to the college network without the use of any wires in areas where it is available. Your computer must have a wireless network card built in, or an additional wireless network card added to it. Supported wireless network cards area available in the College Book Store.
SUNY Oswego’s wireless network is compatible with 802.11g as well as the 802.11b IEEE wireless network standards. There are minimum requirements in order to connect to our wireless network. Please check those before trying to connect to our wireless network
