This document assumes you are using the Communications Express (CE) web-based mail reader.

Communications Express, like most webmail clients, has less functionality compared to standalone email clients such as Outlook or Thunderbird. If you are currently using Communications Express as your primary email reader, you will need to use the export processes used by Outlook or Thunderbird.

CTS is working with Sun Microsystems to determine if export functionality will be possible in future releases of their product.
