Within Apple Mail, go to the Mail menu and choose Preferences.

Click on Composing.

Click the Configure LDAP button.

Click the plus (+) button in the lower left portion of the window.

Type "Oswego LDAP" (without the quotes) into the Name field.

Type "ldap.oswego.edu" (without the quotes) into the Server field.

Type “ou=people, dc=Oswego, dc=edu” (without the quotes) into the Base DN field.

Type "389" (without the quotes) into the Port field.

Select Subtree from the Scope drop down menu.

Click Save.

Click Done.
