Microsoft Outlook

Outlook data is usually stored at one of the following paths:

• C:\Documents and Settings\<Profile name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
• C:\Documents and Settings\<Profile name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Outlook addressbook files carry the file extension *.pab. Newer versions of Outlook (XP/2003) bundle the address book into the *.pst file, which also contains local mail and other settings.

Mozilla

Mozilla data is usually stored at one of the following paths:

• C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\
• C:\Windows\Profiles\User Name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\
• C:\Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\

In your profile directory, save abook.mab (personal address book) and history.mab (collected addresses). If you have more than one address book, back up all *.mab files in this directory.

Thunderbird

Thunderbird data is usually stored at the following path:

• C:\Documents and Settings\<Profile name>\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\<gibberish>.default\
