The Technology Support Center office can be reached via email at help@oswego.edu , via phone at (315) 312-3456, or by walk-in. We are located in 26 Lanigan Hall (ground floor level).

Monday - Thursday:  8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Our office will hold extended hours on the following dates:

• Thursday Jan 19: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Friday Jan 20: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday Jan  21: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
• Sunday Jan 22: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

After-hours resources
If you call after normal business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail message; we will return your call as soon as possible. If there are campus-wide outages, we will post updates to our recorded status line. Major alerts for the campus are also available online and via our Facebook group.
