Account Activation
Email account activation is online and can be done at any of the general access computer labs or on your personal computer. Read the Computer Usage Policy, then click on “Agree”. Fill in your date of birth and your Campus ID Number, then Submit. Account will be activated within 24 hours.

Banner Request Form 
Faculty and staff at Oswego State are able to access the BANNER on-line student information system. Your access to this system will allow you to see your class list, view your course schedule, get students address and phone numbers, see your students academic progress/compliance report and much more.

Computer Lab Reservation
Campus Technology Services offers the use of the general access computer labs in Mahar and Snygg for faculty or staff to reserve for class instruction which requires hands-on computer access by students. These labs are fully equipped with overhead data projection of the instructor’s computer.

Departmental Email Account Request
Upon approval of a request, a single account will be created for a given department. Accounts of this type will be available only to bona-fide members of the SUNY Oswego campus community.

Departmental Web Address Request
To request a web address or editing access, the department head or director should email the webmaster.

Departmental Network Connection Request
Faculty & staff may request a new network connection for a computer system in their department by calling the Help Desk at ext. 3456.

Request elevated user access on your computer.

Email Password Reset Request (pdf, 54KB)
This form is to be used in the event that you require a password reset for your CTS email account.

NOTE: this form should only be used if you are unable to reset your own password and you are also unable to visit the Help Desk office in 26 Lanigan Hall during normal business hours.

Lab Software Installation Request
For requesting that special software be installed in the general access computer labs.

Listserve Request
For faculty and staff, or student organizations (with organization faculty advisor approval), that desire to create an electronic mailing list.

Organization Account Form (pdf, 302KB)
Upon approval of a request, a single account will be created for an organization (campus-approved student organization or club). Accounts of this type will be available only to bona-fide members of the SUNY Oswego campus community.

Wireless Computing Guest Access
Faculty & staff may request a wireless connection for guests of the campus by calling the Help Desk at ext. 3456.  

Workshop Registration
Each semester, CTS conducts technical workshops available to all faculty, staff, and students at no charge. Workshop schedules and online registration is available from this site.
