Taking Steps for the Future

If you are having problems connecting to ResNet, you can sign up for ResNet Room Service. At the beginning of each semester, professional staff from Campus Technology Services position themselves in various locations on campus to assist users in resolving their problems getting connected to ResNet. The following are the dates and times for the Fall 2011 semester:
Oneida/Cayuga/Seneca/Onondaga/Village Halls:
Date/Time: Monday, August 29, 3pm - 9pm
Sign Up Location: Oneida Computer Lab
Date/Time: Tuesday, August 30, 3pm - 9pm
Sign Up Location: Hart Computer Lab
Date/Time: Tuesday, August 30, 3pm - 9pm
Sign Up Location: Scales Computer Lab
You may also call the Technology Support Center at x3456 to assist you in resolving your problem over the phone. Please check their web page for hours of operation.
Please note that the Technology Support Center does not provide assistance with personal computer hardware issues or software issues beyond Resnet connectivity.
