CTS and Penfield Library have collaborated to provide Multimedia Production Services for faculty, staff and students on campus. With two rooms located on the 2nd floor of Penfield Library, our friendly and dedicated staff can help create vivid and dynamic media to engage any audience. If you would like to make a reservation for one of the two rooms (a very good idea), you may do so using the online reservation form.
Our current support team includes:
Dan Laird is the Media and Design Specialist for Campus Technology Services (CTS) at SUNY Oswego. He helps support the campus Multimedia Production Room by helping faculty and staff produce and publish various audio and video projects. Dan is in charge of maintaining and updating the look and feel of the CTS website, as well as creating new media and marketing materials to advertise all the services CTS offers to the campus. He is the administrator of the Panopto Lecture Capture service, and works closely with faculty to make sure they understand how the system works and integrates with our LMS, ANGEL. Faculty and staff who wish to make an appointment with Dan can fill out this form.
Sharona Ginsberg is the Learning Technologies Librarian. She helps to maintain and improve the library's technology offerings to support student scholarship and learning. She is involved in multimedia creation through supporting the Multimedia Production Rooms and offering multimedia workshops to classes, as well as meeting with students one-on-one to provide guidance and training. Sharona also works with the library's other creative technologies, such as the 3D printers and digitization equipment. Students who wish to make an appointment with Sharona can fill out this form, while faculty who want to request a multimedia workshop for their class can fill out this form.
If you have any questions, please email our mulitmedia group at email@example.com and we will do our best to address your concerns.
