Campus Technology Services assists with the repair of university-owned computer equipment only. If you are experiencing a serious hardware or operating system-related issue with your personal computer, there are several options for support:

  • If your personal computer is still under warranty, contact your vendor's support resources. Some of the more common vendors:

  • If you purchased your personal computer from the College Store, contact them for further assistance.

  • If your computer is no longer under warranty and was not purchased via the College Store, you will need to contact an off-campus repair facility. We provide a list of local repair facilities for your convenience.
