Why don’t I get an immediate answer when I call your office?
There could be several reasons you do not get an answer. Our lines may all be in use, or our techs may be assisting users within the office area.
In these circumstances, you will be placed into our call queue system. Please stay on the line and a tech will answer your call in the order it was received. Hanging up and calling back repeatedly will shuffle you to the rear of the call queue, so staying on hold is recommended, if you are able.
Regardless of the reason, please leave us voice mail if you call after-hours. If you leave a detailed message with your personal information, we will call you back as soon as possible.
