Basic Service

For basic cable TV service, just plug your cable ready TV set into the cable TV jack on the wall. Note that the system is designed to provide signal to only one TV (or VCR - TV) per tap. Please do not use splitters, as they will degrade the quality of the TV signal and are not supported.

If you not receiving a signal or are having any other issue with your TV, first retune your TV by following the menu to the TV setup option. If that did not solve your problem, contact the CTS Helpdesk at (315)312-3456 or email help@oswego.edu.
