Duties:
As Telecommunications Analyst, Susan is responsible for accounting, billing, and financial analysis duties for the telecommunications group of Campus Technology Services. This includes operation and maintenance of the Pinnacle customer management system – our customer service telephone billing program for all subscribers (students, faculty/staff, and departmental users). Susan also provides customer service to these subscribers.

Bio:
Susan began her career as a student assistant with Campus Technology Services in 1983. She was hired full time in 1990 in her present position. Susan is currently working on her degree in Information Science at SUNY Oswego.
