Duties:
Supervises the SUNY Oswego switchboard operators/telecommunications clerks. Oversees the processing of all deposits of telephone and printer dollar payments. Also provides customer service for students, staff and departments.

Joined SUNY Oswego as a switchboard operator in July 2001. Became switchboard supervisor in March 2005.
