Duties:

Matt provides technical support to Penfield Library faculty and staff, supports the campus computer labs and Advanced Technology Classrooms, and handles the administration of the LANDesk Management and Pharos Uniprint systems. He also manages the standard campus computer images for faculty, staff and labs, manages the campus antivirus solution, and works with Active Directory.

Bio:
Matt joined SUNY Oswego and CTS in 2008 as a Desktop Support Technician and started his current position in 2014. He worked for CTS as a student Technology Support Assistant from May 2003 to September 2006. He graduated from SUNY Oswego in May 2006 with a MSED (Secondary ED/Biology 7-12) and December 2004 with a BS (Secondary ED in Biology).
