Duties:
Kathi Dutton provides technical support for faculty in technology-enhanced learning environments. Support includes a range of web-instructional tools with a primary focus on course management system software. She prepares documentation and training sessions for faculty/staff and conducts both one-on-one and group training sessions. Her duties include system administration and programming, training, troubleshooting and software problem resolution. Kathi Dutton also provides programming support for network applications.

Bio:
Kathi was hired at SUNY Oswego in 1996 as a Computer Operator. She graduated from SUNY Morrisville in 1981 with an AAS in Accounting. In 2003 she graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BS in Cognitive Science. She was promoted to her current position in June of 2004.
