Campus Technology Services

As Chief Technology Officer, Joe has responsibility for the Administrative Technologies, Instructional Support, Instructional Technologies, Telecommunications, and User Support groups within the Campus Technology Services organization. He provides leadership and vision for achieving overall technology goals at SUNY Oswego. He works closely with the campus community in evaluating and assessing the technology needs for overall business operations and for future strategic initiatives.

Bio:
Joe joined SUNY Oswego as CTO in January, 2008. Previously Joe worked as Dean of Academic Information Services at MiraCosta College in Oceanside, California. He received a BA from the University of California, San Diego in 1989 and an MA from California State University, Los Angeles in 1995. Joe serves on many university committees including Campus Concept, Academic Affairs Council, Campus Technology Advisor Board, and Business Council.
