Bio:
Eric joined SUNY Oswego shortly after he graduated in 1999.  He is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the Technology Support Center (TSC), SUNY Oswego's tier I help desk.  Eric holds certifications for Bomgar, Google Apps, RightAnswers, and ITIL Foundations. He teaches numerous classes on a variety of software and tech related topics and is a member of the Campus Technology Advisory Board.
