Duties:
Oversees the daily operations of CTS's Administrative Technologies systems. Assists faculty with setup of optical scanning of tests. Works with various offices in dealing with report distribution and data exchange. Coordinates the processing of faculty evaluations with the academic departments. Supervises two computer operators.

Dean joined SUNY Oswego in 1978 as a Computer Operator and was promoted to Senior Computer Operator in 1997.
