To assist in the support of the UNIX, PC and Mac servers and write system programs to improve administration and user accessibility. Manage the Technical Support Assistants who maintain the public lab areas.

Bio:
Andy graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He was hired in his present position in 2001.
