| I forgot my password. What should I do? |

1. Go to the SUNY Learning network main page at http://www.sln.suny.edu
2. Click on the "Students" link shown in yellow. |

| 3. Click on the words "Forgot your password?" highlighted in yellow at right. |
 |
| |
|
| 4. Indicate you are a student by clicking in the radio button next to "Student". |
 |
| |

| 5. Enter your username in the box below (e.g. John Doe) |
 |
| |
|
| 6. This is a security screen. Type in the answer to your password question in the box below. |
 |
| |
|
| 7. A message will be sent to your Oswego email account containing your password. |
 |
|
