Three-year captain Michelle Racioppo started in 13 games for Coach Brandi Ostrander in 2009. Racioppo has been a key player in the transition game for the midfielders and forwards and helped anchor a defense that has allowed 31 goals. Last season, Oswego State gave up 59 goals to its opponents.
The Lakers are 7-8 overall with one game remaining and finished their SUNYAC schedule at 2-4.
