The Alumni Clubs Program is designed to provide an important link between alumni and Oswego State. An alumni club is an organization of Oswego alumni living in the same area who gather together to support Oswego State's interests and to develop and sustain strong ties with each other and the university. Clubs sponsor a variety of events ranging from social, professional development, community service, athletic contests, cultural activities, etc. Clubs also benefit the college in student recruitment areas, career assistance for current students and public relations efforts. What clubs aren't, is fund raising organizations; alumni events are "friend raisers", not "fund raisers".
For some time we've been assessing our alumni clubs program and now we need your input to design programs you would like to attend. Club events are planned by a small group of committed volunteers (see the club contacts list for the volunteer(s) in your area). These volunteers want to provide events that all alumni would like to attend, but to do that we need your input.
If you are interested in volunteering with an alumni club in your area, or if you would simply like to give us your feedback for future alumni club events, please complete and return the questionnaire.
