Jersey design

The Oswego State men's lacrosse team will be wearing pink this fall when they host their annual intersquad scrimmage as part of Family and Friends Weekend Oct. 17 to 19.

Previously know as the "Green/Gold" game, head coach Dan Witmer '82 and his squad will conduct the first "Green/Gold/Pink" game as part of their "Coaches vs. Cancer" fundraiser at 3 p.m. Oct. 18 at the South Athletic Fields.

Admission to the game is free.

Throughout September and October leading up to the game, each team member will have a goal of collecting $100 in donations. In addition, there will be raffles held throughout the day of the game, with students from the Oswego State "Colleges vs. Cancer" organization assisting in the promotion and selling of the tickets.

For more information, contact Anthony Richmond, special events director for the American Cancer Society, at anthonyrichmond@cancer.org or Witmer at witmer@oswego.edu.
