A panel of Oswegonians will take on the hot topic of politics as the presidential campaign season draws to a close in Washington, D.C., this month.
Oswego Fund for Oswego National Chairman Jack James '62 will host "Capital Ideas: A Panel Discussion on the 2008 Presidential Election" Oct. 29 at the Army and Navy Club. Political Science Professor Bruce Altschuler, student Tim Farnworth '09, Washington journalist Marc Heller '90, legislative assistant Dan Hilton '99 and congressional communications specialist Trudy Perkins '93 will offer different points of view on this historic election season.
President Deborah F. Stanley also will attend the program, which includes an hors d'oeuvres reception.
The SUNY Oswego campus will host a first-ever Oswego Opera Theatre reunion and the new Metro Center in Syracuse welcomes School of Business alumni and Dean Richard Skolnik in early November. Here's where to find the Oswego Alumni Association this month:
