Come remember with the Oswego Alumni Association and your
classmates June 11 through 13 at Reunion
2010.
Take a stroll down memory lane with all the special events lined up for the
college's milestone classes, groups and organizations. Though the campus may look
different to many, some things never change.
Take in a sunset, taste some barbecue or tour favorite
downtown destinations via nightly shuttle buses.
Last year's festivities drew a record crowd of 1,400 Oswegonians.
Whether it's their 50th, 25th
or 10th,
all Lakers should find friends and fun when they come reconnect, relax,
reminisce and reunite.
Class of 2000 Reunion Giving Committee Chair Matt Silverman ’00 will be returning to
campus for the first time since graduation.
“I’d definitely like to see some of my professors and the
town,” said Silverman, who served as vice president and president of the
Student Association while attending Oswego.
“I’d like to see the new student union [Campus Center].
I was actually on the committee that helped plan that."
Everyone is welcome, but special events are scheduled for certain classes and
groups. Several Greek organizations have special get-togethers planned
throughout the weekend.
In addition to special events for the classes of 1960, '85, and 2000 there
are also activities planned for the classes of 1935, '40, '45, '50, '55, '65, '70,
'74, '75, ’76, ’94,’95 and ’96. Group reunions include: Alpha Delta

Hall Inaugural Group (1996-97), Journalism, Men's Football,

Alumni registered for the barbecue dinner at Fallbrook
Friday or "Taste of Oswego" dinner Saturday can stay on campus in the
newly renovated and air-conditioned Johnson and Riggs halls. The lake-view
residence halls are within walking distance of many Reunion events and a
continuous shuttle to downtown Oswego
will run Friday and Saturday nights.
Residence hall reservations and event registration will be available beginning
in mid-April. On-campus housing will be available for all Reunion
guests who register in advance of Reunion Weekend.
