Oswego graduate Maureen Flynn ’04 reads through a résumé and gives advice on what an employer in her field of non-profit organizations looks for. Flynn is the program assistant at the Toshiba America Foundation in charge of writing grants for projects and activities that are improving teaching and learning in science and mathematics, specifically in K-12 classrooms nationwide.
