Kevin Morgan ’08 of the men’s swimming and diving team continues to excel in his diving career at Oswego State. Morgan, a junior diver on the men’s swimming and diving team, set all-time SUNYAC records in two diving events in a meet held at Laker Pool Jan. 16, against Cortland.

Morgan scored 527.80 for 11 dives on the one-meter diving board, and scored 336.75 for six dives on the three-meter board. Both were conference records.

Morgan is a native of Saratoga Springs, a two-time NCAA qualifier and was an All-American in 2006. He now owns the Oswego State records in three of the four diving disciplines, and was named the Most Outstanding Male Diver at the SUNYAC Championship meet in 2005 and 2006.

Oswego State’s men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams are competing in the 2007 SUNYAC Championships on Feb. 7-10, at the Burt Flickinger Aquatic Center at Erie Community College in Buffalo. The Laker women are the two-time defending conference champions.
