Involvement: I'm a Resident Mentor in Johnson Hall, WNYO DJ, Lab assistant in Audio Lab, Member of the Women's Club Ice Hockey Team, Presidential Scholar, President's List Spring '06 - present. At home, I'm a Promotions Assistant at WEXT-FM.
Why Oswego: The broadcasting program, the location, the scholarships, the First Year Residential Experience and the sunsets.
Favorite Thing About Oswego:The lake is pretty Great. Ha Ha Ha. There are lots of opportunities to get involved on campus regardless of your major. Ice Hockey games are great fun (and I say that never having seen a hockey game before coming to Oswego) and they serve to bring students together. Go Lakers! Oh, and the sunsets.
Why Did You Become A Tour Guide:I love to talk about Oswego because of the great experience I've had (and continue to have) here. I figured that being a tour guide would be the best way to reach people.
Favorite Memory At Oswego:Oh man... There was the time we went sledding as a 14 person chain at Fallbrook, The time that I met Steve Levy from ESPN & Al Roker, the time the Lakers won the first national championship in school history, the time we drove 540 miles in 14 hours to see the infamous rivalry of the Lakers Vs. Plattsburgh (Ice Hockey), the time that we had classes canceled for nearly a week because of 8 feet of snow...
