Financial Aid

SUNY Oswego provides millions of dollars of merit and need-based scholarships to help you pursue your education on our lakeside campus.

In addition to over $4 million in Merit Scholarships for students with high achievement and potential, SUNY Oswego also offers a number of Oswego Foundation Scholarships, many funded by generous donors.

SUNY Oswego's new Possibility Scholarship Program aims to help students from New York state who otherwise would not be able to afford pursuing degrees in science and technology fields.

SUNY Oswego participates with other area colleges to allow our students to participate in the Army ROTC and Air Force ROTC programs.

In addition, you may browse the scholarship search page. Please note that there are free search engines you can use. We believe students and families should not have to pay for any service related to applying for and receiving financial aid, so beware of those who charge for services.
