Financial Aid Office Goals
- Review and modify as necessary the office operations and procedures to insure we are providing the greatest service to students in the most effective manner.
- Determine the needs of the office to enhance student service and insure consistency with the missions and goals of SUNY Oswego.
- Enhance service to students using technology.
- Collaborate with other offices to enhance student service and promote institutional effectiveness.
- Provide, promote, and encourage staff development opportunities for all staff.
- Review all publications and correspondence to insure we are communicating to students, family and staff in the most effective manner.
- Explore and develop workshop opportunities for students and staff.
