To receive financial aid at Oswego State, Distance Learning students must be:

• Matriculated or accepted through Admissions into an approved degree or certificate program at Oswego State.
• Be enrolled for at least 3 credit hours, 6 credit hours to obtain Student Loans
• Apply for Financial Aid
