The following statements apply to Title IV financial aid recipients only:

• I authorize SUNY Oswego to use my Title IV financial aid (Loans, PELL, SEOG, etc.) to pay all non-institutional charges (College Store, Parking fee, Student Association fee, Alumni fee and Arts fee) in addition to tuition, institutional fees and room and board.

• I understand that if my aid is reduced or cancelled I am responsible for all charges on my account.
