WE DO NOT FAX

  1. Enrollment Verification will only be mailed to your PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS (not campus),usually within two business days except during peak times.
  2. We will only mail directly to health insurance companies when accompanied by a completed Health Insurance Form since insurance companies need parent information.
