Camera Ready Artwork

Offset jobs may be designed and setup then submitted on disk along with a hard copy used for position only. Submit the job file, attached image files, and Postscript ™ fonts with the job. Camera-ready means that the work can be printed as is, without edits or design changes of any kind.

• Minimum Paper Run Size = 4"x5"
• Maximum Paper Run Size = 11"x 17"
• Maximum Printable Area = 11"x16"

Other Specs for Offset Printing:

• 1-color printing only
• No heavy ink coverage
• Recommended halftone screens no finer than 120 lines per inch (LPI).
• Less than 1/2" margin is considered a bleed.
• Bleeds must be planned in the maximum printable area. Allow an extra 1/4" for each bleed side.
• Allow for a 3/8" non-ink area on the gripper edge.
• Pre-cut, in-stock paper: Standard sizes = 8.5x11" (Letter), 8.5x14" (Legal), 11x17" (Tabloid). Minimum paper size for press = 4x5". We carry a wide selection of colors, weights, finishes to meet your needs.

• Camera-ready HARD COPY ONLY is accepted for duplicating.
• Minimum Paper Run Size = 8.5"x11"
• Maximum Paper Run Size = 11"x17"
• Maximum Printable Area for 8.5"x11 = 8"x10.5"
• Maximum Printable Area for 11"x17 = 10.5"x16.5"
• Other Specs for Duplication:
• Black ink only
• No heavy ink coverage (including bulky type styles)
• No large areas of screening or photos - small areas are ok
• Line art works very well
• No bleeds
