Oswego sophomore Cassie Fondulis keeps an eye on a suspicious creature
recently spotted in Glimmerglass Lagoon on campus. The pictured "beast"
is actually a fake alligator installed to keep geese from nesting near
the shore of the lagoon. Campus officials borrowed the idea from the
Oswego Country Club, which uses a similar technique to divert geese
from its pond. |
