OSWEGO -- From now until Monday, Nov. 20, Dr. Laura Brown of the psychology department and her human development interns will collect new and gently used children's books to benefit low-income families in Oswego County as part of Project Even Start, a family literacy grant program.
"Beginning reading and picture books are especially needed, but books for older children will be gratefully accepted as well," Brown said.
Collection boxes for the books will be in the psychology department office in Room 401 of Mahar Hall and in Penfield Library.
