The first-ever SUNY Oswego Technology
Camp, Aug. 9 to 13, will aim to help fifth through eighth-grade
students plug into problem-solving exercises while learning about
advanced technology.

Workshops on stage presence, delivery and
acting, as well as a trip to the Shaw Festival in Canada, will
highlight SUNY Oswego's Summer eighth annual Theatre Institute from
July 18 to 31.

Students entering 10th and 11th grades can
earn college credit for attending classes and studios at SUNY Oswego's
eighth annual Summer Art Institute, July 18 to 31.

FUNDS 20TH INSTITUTE RUN BY SUNY OSWEGO PROFESSORS
SUNY Oswego has received support from
Entergy Corp. for the 20th Institute in Energy Education for Secondary
School Science and Technology Education Teachers to be held in July.

PUBLISHES BOOK FROM AMERICAN, RUSSIAN SCHOLARS
Co-editing a publication about crime in Russia presented an opportunity
to tackle an interesting subject and engage in a compelling
international project, said Tim Delaney, assistant professor of
sociology.

EARNS CHANCELLOR'S AWARD FOR SERVICE
For members of the campus community, the good news is that Jean Conway,
assistant athletic director and academic and life skills coordinator
for student athletes, earned a Chancellor's Award for Excellence in
Professional Service for the SUNY system.
