BY DOWNLOADING ANY IMAGE FROM SUNY OSWEGO'S WEB SITE OR IMAGE GALLERY YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

This License Agreement ("License") is between you, for your personal use, and State University of New York at Oswego and gives you certain limited rights to use the photographs and images on the SUNY Oswego Image Gallery (the "Images"). All rights not specifically granted by this Agreement are reserved to SUNY Oswego.

Reservation of Ownership and Grant of License: SUNY Oswego retains exclusive ownership of any copy of the Images licensed under this Agreement and hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Images, without the right to sub-license, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Copyright: The Images are owned by SUNY Oswego and/or its Licensors and are protected by United States copyright laws and applicable international treaties and/or conventions.

Prohibited Uses: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Images. You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, transfer, or provide unlicensed third parties access to the Images or your rights under this Agreement. You may not remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices on the Images. You may not apply for copyright or trademark protection of material based on the Images. You may not assign this Agreement or your rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of SUNY Oswego. Any purported assignment without such consent shall be null and void.

Term: The term of the License granted by this Agreement is from the effective date of this Agreement until terminated. The Agreement automatically terminates without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. The parties hereby agree that all provisions that operate to protect the proprietary rights of SUNY Oswego shall remain in force should breach occur. SUNY Oswego may terminate this Agreement immediately for any use of the Images that it deems offensive to or defamatory of SUNY Oswego.

Fee: Because you agree to use the Images solely for the uses stated above, and agree not to permit or sub-license third-party use of the Images, there is no fee for this license.
