Oswego State EAP Committee Minutes – 8-17-06

Committee members: Donna Besaw, Bob Casper, Mary Dorsey, Jamie Enwright, Margaret Gover, Carrie Izzo, Betsy Oberst, Vicki Parsnow, Judi Phillips, Karen Sawyer, Brenda Seymour, Joanne Sivers, Shelly St John, Eric Tsai, Shelly VanSlyke, Brian Wallace

Treasurer’s report:  none

Coordinator’s report:  none

Old business:

·          Committee membership – new members Karen Sawyer and Eric Tsai

·          Fall programming - see July minutes. 

Brenda hopes to have a fall flyer ready within a few weeks.

First Attorney General program is 9/19/06

·          We submitted a budget request for $1000 (fate unknown).

·          Brenda asked if anyone has ideas for grants.  She will look into calendars.

·          Brenda would like ideas for spring programming – or, at least, a theme.

·          Brenda will meet with Shelly VanSlyke and Brian Wallace about LAF programming.

New business:

·          By-laws need revision.   MaryD will email a copy to all members to review before the next meeting.

·          E-mail – MaryD and Betsy will look into email policy for disseminating information.  Since we have no budget, we would like to use email to save printing costs.
