Minutes of prior meeting: Reviewed & accepted

Treasurers report by Margaret Gover: $1279.33, Pens payment not gone thru yet. Cost close to $800 with Grant of $700.

EAP gave  $99.00 for Sponsorship for Corporate Challenge, received name on t-shirt. T-Shirt won $500 cash donation to charity of choice. Team donated to College Foundation.

Coordinators Report: Training being held for coordinators in Saratoga, (Sept 19-23) committee looking for ways to pay hotel and transportation fees. Carole Carter has permission to go, Jody may go for Sunday night and Monday.

Old Business:

Still have vacancies to fill on committee, Cindy Adam, Donna Besaw, Allison German and Bob Casper will be asked to join us.

Brenda will get price on magnets, topic-10 ways to reduce Stress

Bags to be used for Health Fair October 11th

New Business: Fund Raising Activities- need to Brainstorm ideas. The ones that do work are Letters to Santa and the Candy Grams.

EAP Fall Schedule was shared by Brenda- first event scheduled for September 9th-Meditation Workshop coordinated by Joanne Sivers.

Brenda will need help for Health Fair she will send out e-mails

End of September she will begin working on Winter Breakout Schedule.

Next Meeting: Looking for a Regular Meeting Time –
