Minutes of prior meeting:  9-29-05

Treasurer’s report:  $1078.32

Coordinator’s report:  Jody’s month to receive calls. Should keep numbers from programs to include in report. Cancer Series-14 participants. Jody’s Parent-Teen Program-8 participants

Old business:  Joy of Stress Tape was found.

Brenda will take care of Cancer flyer & program on 11/10/05.

Suggestion to make list of resources available thru library.

11-10-05  Cancer series program

11-16-05  Parenting Teens - Need a topic? from Jody

11-30-05  Film Fest - Carol will get movie titles and times. Joanne will let Mary know room at HU. We will assemble candy grams for Christmas to be distributed December 9^th. Letters to Santa by Margaret should have everything in by Wednesday, November 30^th.

12-08-05  Cancer series program

Benefit Fair 10-11-05 was a great success!  Special thanks to Brenda and Karen Sawyer!  Very will organized and good feedback from participants. % of faculty participation low but teaching time 10-2 may be a factor, consider changing time 12-4 or 1-5. Wednesdays could be a better day, also.

Winter BreakOut –

·          Smoking Cessation usually offered thru Jody F. if there is anyone interested.

·          George Stooks suggested best day to hold EAP training for Supervisors

·          Brenda will contact Lori about Cancer Series

·          Donna Besaw will follow up with Bill Bosch to check on progress of Winter BreakOut sessions.

New business:

Brenda would like to think about a gift? for participants that attend Cancer series Programs.
