Minutes of prior meeting:  11-15-05, no minutes from Candy-Gram meeting on 12-08-05

Treasurer’s report:  none – add CandyGrams and Sanata letters to previous balance

Coordinator’s report:  Carol on this month, Jody in February

Old business:  Fall programming - Film Fest 11-30-05 was postponed, now we have films

Grants – need to process reimbursements for Tom Simmonds account

Winter BreakOut – offered smoking cessation, Life of Cancer, EAP for Supervisors.

All sessions were cancelled for low enrollment.  We mention EAP during Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. 

Spring programming:  Brenda will do a flyer for the spring semester, make arrangements

a.s.a.p. and let Brenda know. 

Brenda will arrange:  Cancer – two sessions?

Cooperative Extension – new food pyramid

Attorney General’s Office - ID theft    

Oswego Hospital – health care proxy and living wills

MaryD will arrange:  Gardening by Mary DePentu, Thursday, 6/08/06

JoAnne will reserve Rm 212 for FilmFest on non-pay Wednesdays – 2/15, 3/01, 3/29, 4/26

                Show “Supersize Me” on 2/15, Body Acceptance & Eating Awareness Day

Betsy, Shelly, & JoAnne will plan for summer fitness, health & wellness - Ideas:

walking group, “The Biggest Loser”, deal-a-meal, Let’s walk to Florida

New business:  Can we get an EAP budget?  Is there any grant money left for this year?  MaryD will check with Joan.

Next meeting:  Spring meetings will be the third Thursday at 2pm – 2/16/06.
