1) Discussion of comments received and changes needed:

We reviewed all the responses.  The majority were positive with very few changes suggested.  Revisions will be made based on some of the comments.

2) Discussion of final report

We will send the visioning statement plus recommendations and some ideas about implementation to President Stanley.

4.      Service areas—copying, scanning, software assistance

5.      Teaching spaces

We will meet again in two weeks on April 5th.  We should be finished by the end of the next meeting.
