1. Minutes Reviewed
1. It was decided that the minutes were fine to post on a public website.  The survey will eventually be posted as well.  Mike Ameigh is working on creating a website.

2. Any new ideas from Chronicle insert last week on libraries?
1. The Steve Bell article was interesting.  If you didn’t have a chance to read them, please take a look at them and see if they inspire any new ideas.

3. Review of draft 2 Faculty Focus Groups
1. The draft was reviewed and it was decided to change Section 1. to a question style rather than statements.  We want to encourage the participants’ thinking and creativeness in answering the questions.
2. People signed up to be either the leader or minute taker for the groups being surveyed.  The leader is responsible for getting the date scheduled.
3. We need to start working on the student questionnaire.  We may want the students to think about things they like about the library and things they don’t like.  Pat is going to provide us with a list of student committees/groups to survey.

4. Tour of Penfield
1. We toured the first and second floors of Penfield.  We will finish the tour of the basement and third floor at the next meeting.
