1. Reports on any Focus Groups—ideas?  Lessons learned?
1. Susan met with Priorities and Planning to conduct the survey.  The session went very well.  Susan handed out a copy of the group’s responses. 
2. Discussed the focus questions and decided to make a change in question 2 to include “learning resources”.  Will send corrected copy to everyone.
3. Reminder: send Darlene notes from the interview to be compiled.

2. Website:  Oswego.edu/visioning
1. Survey—We have a website and Mehran has developed our survey.  The survey will include staff.  We reviewed the survey and made some revisions.
2. Susan will draft an e-mail to go out to faculty and staff regarding the on-line survey opportunity.  Mehran can send to all faculty and staff.
3. Jim will share a copy of the Library Quality report with the committee.  That survey was taken approximately two years ago and may provide some helpful information of current usage.

3. Student groups, draft questions
1. Reviewed the draft student focus group questions that Susan and Rich developed.  The committee suggested some changes.  Everyone will be asked to review a revised version.

4. Other issues
1. It is important to keep “flexibility” as part of our vision of the library.
2. People have signed up for most, not all, groups.  Committee members will get the list again for sign ups. 
3. Our next meeting is November 9^th.  Be prepared to report on focus group interviews please.
