Quest:
The Provost asked deans to remind their faculty that QUEST, April 23^rd, is a day when faculty and students are expected to participate in related events.  While classes are canceled on that day, there will be presentations, exhibits and speakers that should be of interest to every member of the SUNY Oswego community.

Annual Report:
The Council discussed the format for submitting information from units to the Provost for inclusion in the Annual Report of the Division of Academic Affairs for 2007-2008.  Deans will develop their own formats for receiving information from individual departments.  Faculty accomplishments for the year will be assembled from data submitted to the Faculty Online Activity Report.  Unit reports are due to the Provost by June 1, 2008.

Graduation Learning Outcomes:
The Council discussed developments related to graduation learning outcomes.  Susan has met with the General Education Council, Academic Policies Council and other groups for discussions regarding this initiative.  A recommendation is expected from APC for consideration by Faculty Assembly.

Announcements:
Departments are reminded to wait until all approvals are received from the Office of Human Resources before advertising faculty and staff searches.
