Online faculty report

Mehran Nojan, Director of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, presented an updated prototype of the faculty online survey of scholarly and creative activity for review.  The Council suggested a variety of modifications.  The Provost asked the deans to discuss use of the on-line form with department chairs in the weeks ahead in anticipation of full implementation later this Fall.
